I ordered cakes through Judy at Blue Moon Baked Goods for my Seward wedding in June 2009. She made 8 three-layer cakes, in 8 different flavors. Each one was amazing, the guests -and I, the bride! - wanted to sample all 8 flavors. She even delivered them the afternoon of the wedding. I could not be happier. I later learned that Blue Moon also does the desserts for the Salmon Bake on Exit Glacier Road. Highly recommend.
